Offering our Natural (NO Chemicals, Hormones or Antibiotics on this farm) Produce-greens,root crops,sweet corn, salad greens, melons, rhubarb,edible flowers, many more Vegetables,Fresh Herbs, Dried Herbs, Cut Flowers. I have a blog that I keep posted and any one may go to, to keep updated on the farm and produce. There are other some year round cash items not included in the memberships - free range eggs, our home made Bake Goods (made with our produce and organic ingredients), Sisters hand made 100% Bees Wax Candles (cotton wicks), Parents wood Fret Work (great gifts, clocks, pic., doll furniture and more), hand made soaps. Seasonal cash items- Berries, fruit (strawberry, raspberry, currents, apples, pears, and more.).Eggs, Chicken Meat, holiday turkeys (free range) Look forward to seeing you.
I do not believe in the use of Chemicals on soil, water or plants. We use the Brix test for the soil, trying to keep the produce as nutritious as possible. Sustainable farming with rain barrels, solar and more. All seeds are Heirloom - untreated/ organic. You choose each week what and how much you want to purchase on your membership (like using a gift card) CSA memberships include, veg. (greens,melons, root crops,okra, much more),edible flowers, herbs, cut flowers. You choose each week what and how much you want. I am the third generation on this farm I hope to keep it going for the next generation. As the farm house was built in 1810 one of the oldest in the area, with a great water table, spring fed creek, every year more and more wild life keeps coming back.
