About Us :
The Bremen Parks & Recreation Commission is the governing authority over the City's Parks & Recreation. The Commission was created and assigned through the Bremen Mayor and City Council to oversee the operation of the Parks & Recreation Department.

That every person has a right to enjoy their leisure time, and that the Commission has created the Bremen Parks & Recreation Department to provide citizens of Bremen with parks and organized leisure activities so as to improve the quality of their lives.

The Bremen Parks & Recreation Department has existed as a Youth Athletic provider for over forty years. In 2001 the City under the leadership of Mayor Sharon Sewell decided to grow and diversify the Department.

Mission :
The purpose of the Bremen Parks & Recreation Department is to enrich individuals, families and the community through the provision of recreation service, facilities and special events which are fun, promote learning, and build skills for the Citizens of Bremen, Georgia.
