Being a Family Caregiver can be an extremely rewarding yet challenging journey. This group is designed to help you build a support network so you don't have to "Go it Alone". This group is intended for anyone who is caring for a loved one of any age. Mothers, Fathers, Husbands, Wives, Sons, Daughters, Friends and Family. Educational Meetings are held at various locations around Washington County such as Swirl Wine Bar in Afton, typically on the last Wednesday of the month from 3 to 5PM.
