Mission Statement :
The Burke Central School District 36 will strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students. Faculty will recognize and reward positive behaviors. Quality instruction will be data driven, based on testing methods as a part of the continuous cycle of school improvement.
School Curriculum will be based on North Dakota State Standards and Benchmarks. Students will be evaluated on academic progress using state and district level data driven testing materials.
While nurturing children's capacity to think skillfully and critically, faculty and the Board of Education will strive to deepen our students' commitment to values such as kindness, helpfulness, personal responsibility and respect for others - qualities we believe are essential in becoming life long learners as well as our future leaders.
