The purpose of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce is to promote prosperous business activity and community involvement to meet the needs of the members

Vision Statement
While the business part of the equation seems easy due to the rapid growth of the area, we face many of the same challenges other communities our size deal with involving growth management. In addition to two outstanding retail center, Cascade Mall and the Prime Outlets Shopping Center, Burlington has a vibrant downtown area. All three special locations are committed to making certain that they are interesting and fun places to visit, shop and dine, and will remain that way in the future. We're proud to have an active, concerned membership who cares about the future of Burlington - both for their businesses, and their children.

As we move forward together into the years to come all of us that work and live in and around Burlington will find ourselves challenged to meet many new opportunities and many new difficulties. New, rapidly changing technology, competition from e-commerce, rapid population growth in Skagit County, increased regulations due to the Growth Management Act and the Endangered Species Act, etc. are just a few of the challenges many of us are facing on a daily basis. Whatever the opportunities and challenges you find your business confronting over the next year the Burlington Chamber of Commerce is there to work with you and help you rejoice in your successes and resolve your difficulties.

We have been helping Burlington businesses for many years by providing networking opportunities, business guidebooks, resource directories, bulk mailing services, business referral, business issue advocacy, and business support. We started by supporting several businesses in downtown and now support nearly 400 members ranging from Costco to the Animal House. We look forward to helping you celebrate your opportunities and resolve your new challenges in years to come.
