44th Annual Craft, Antique and Collectibles Show

All arts, crafts, antiques and collectibles dealers are invited to participate in The Bay Village Historical Society’s 44th annual crafts and collectibles show.

This year’s event, “Cahoon in June,” will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013, in beautiful and historic Cahoon Memorial Park, located on the shores of Lake Erie at the corner of Lake and Cahoon Roads in Bay Village, Ohio.

The show attracts a wide variety of quality crafters, antique and collectible dealers, artisans and demonstrators from Ohio and neighboring states, and generally more than 1,500 buyers.

Admission to this year’s show is free, which helps draw a large crowd.

The show hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with set-up time beginning at 7:30 a.m. (or the day before with prior permission). The show will go on rain or shine.

Booth fee (some with electricity available; first come, first served) will be $75, entitling you to a preferred space of 20’ by 20’.

We strongly suggest that you complete and return the attached contract, along with your registration fee as soon as possible. The deadline for reservations is May 31, 2013. However, the sooner you register, the better spot you will be assigned. Those registering after the deadline may not be included in the show program. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt.

If you request, you will receive promotional materials about the event. Substantial advertising will be placed in advance of this show, in Northeastern Ohio and other area newspapers, magazines, via email and on the Web.
