Originally built in 1927 as the grand and graceful location of the First National Bank of Marshall the building sets directly on Marshall's historic Courthouse Square.This beautiful building spans an entire city block and is rich with architectural details.

The Great Hall is a large rectangular room, approximately 3,000 square feet in size. The architectural detail is amazing with heavy wide moldings, columns and rosettes.The detail-laden walls are painted in tones of champagne, gold and chocolate all inspired by colors found in the famous Biltmore Estate. Huge skylights and graceful chandeliers cast a soft romantic glow. And then, there is the window a massive, multi-paned curved window complete with window seat which looks out onto the beautiful courthouse and provides lovely views and a perfect backdrop for your party.

The building also features a large dressing room that will be made available to you, a lovely gallery hung with a collection of paintings from local artists, kitchen facilities, and access from both Austin and Houston Streets.
