Carlena Chandler Elementary, is one of Allen ISD's 18 elementary campuses for grades K-6.  Located at the corner of Bur Oak Drive and Water Oak Drive in the Arbor Lakes subdivision in southeast Allen, Chandler Elementary first opened its doors to students in the Fall of 2006.
