Caswell Family Medical Center (CFMC) is a Community Health Center dedicated to providing quality health care to all segments of our community and the surrounding areas. We are proud of our accreditation by The Joint Commission. In October 2011, CFMC became one of the first ambulatory care centers in the United States to become designated by The Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home.
