CentraState Healthcare Foundation is a non-profit organization in Freehold,NJ whose mission is to serve as the link between the CentraState Healthcare System and the community.  

Through our volunteer and contribution opportunities, the Foundation offers residents and businesses a way to become stakeholders in their hospital.  Since we have no shareholder or other ownership interests, we are a true partner with the community.
