We are a small family run Goat Dairy located 6 miles north of Historic downtown Hudson NY and 20 minutes from Albany NY. We make a wide variety of artisanal Goat cheeses as well as Raw Cow's milk cheese. We raise our own herd of goats and purchase Jersey milk from a local farm. May 2017 we will be opening up our cheese and provisions store at our farm. This will allow people to shop for our cheeses, cured salmon, home made pate's, local organic beef and pork as well as our own home made meals to go prepared on site in our commercial kitchen, eggs, goat soap and much more.
