As the Chico community continues to grow, we at CARD are focused more than ever in providing quality services and activities to meet both your individual and family needs. We understand the importance in developing programs that bring friends and families together to have fun and build lasting memories. 

Over the past few years, CARD has experienced a substantial increase in program participation and facility use.  Our Board of Directors and staff are prepared to meet the demands of our increasing population by creating new and exciting recreational opportunities. 

Another enhancement in CARD’s future will be a registration software upgrade that will be more user friendly.  We hope to speed up the registration process, as well as provide more options for our customers.  One of the exciting options will be the ability to sign-up for classes online to assist our customers with their busy schedules.  We will also be creating a database that will help reduce the registration time in the office.
