Avon has its own development, called Avon Estates, located to the west of old town on Co Rd 54. This development includes Patio Homes, Walk outs, Look Outs, Assisted Living Facility and a 24 Unit Apartment, which will start building Summer of 2017. Build-able lots are priced cheap and are in a nice quiet area, which includes lots of wildlife. Avon also features build-able lots in the Waters Edge Addition.
