Our History

With pride, our community received its name from the novel of knighthood and chivalry, "Ivanhoe," by the British author, Sir Walter Scott.

Here in Ivanhoe, we enjoy peaceful surroundings, excellent educational opportunities, bed & breakfast facilities, friendly people, affordable housing, and much more!

Our roots trace back to Polish settlers who immigrated to the New Land. Now the community consists of people from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.
