History/Purpose

The City of Wabasha established the Wabasha Port Authority and Development Agency in 2005 by enabling resolution. The enabling resolution set forth the operational structure for the agency. The Authority is comprised of seven members appointed by the City Council and is staffed by the City Administrator, City Clerk and City Planner.
