We are the USAF Auxiliary.  We are all vounteers and recieve no compensation in a 501 (c) 3 organization.  Our congressionally mandated mission is three fold:  Emergency Services, Aerospace Education, and Cadet Programs.  Ground and airborne search and rescue, counter drug operations, and disaster assistance and assessment are parts of the Emergency Services mission.  The history of flight, mechanical concepts of flight, astronomy, model rocketry and the space program are a part of the Aerospace Education program.  We follow the STEM program as much as possible.  Military customs and courtesy, drill and ceremonies, color and honor guard, leadership, and character development are manistays of the cadet program.
