About Us:
Southeast Alabama Rural Health Associates (SARHA) is a private, non-profit corporation established in 1983 to insure the availability of quality medical services to all residents of southeast Alabama. SARHA currently provides primary and preventive health services to the residents of Barbour, Coffee, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Pike and surrounding counties. SARHA is a deemed federal Public Health Service organization. A financial assistance/sliding fee scale program is available for those who qualify.

Russell E. Cotton, P.A.- Russell E. Cotton is a Eufaula, AL native. He graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at the University of South Alabama School of Medicine in Mobile. He was appointed State Representative of Physician Assistant Class at the University of South Alabama.
