The Cloverport Health Clinic is located at 209 Elm Street in Cloverport, KY, a small scenic community twelve miles west of Hardinsburg.

As a branch of Breckinridge Health, Inc., the clinic provides health care to citizens in Cloverport and the surrounding area. Dr. Surya Patel is the Medical Director and is at the clinic every Monday evenings. Mandy Butler, Nurse Practitioner, works full-time there.

The Clinic staff can provide care for acute illnesses and chronic health problems. Immunizations, lab work, EKG's, X-rays are available. Lacerations (cuts) can be sutured.  Referrals can be made to specialists and/or a hospital if appropriate.
