Established in 1974, the Coltrane LIFE Center is the only adult day health services program in CabarrusCounty. We help older and disabled adults continue to live at home rather than be placed in a nursing home.Serving Concord, Kannapolis, and surrounding cities and counties, the Center provides daytime health care services and recreational activities Monday through Saturday, as well as transportation, nutritious meals, beauty/barber shop services, and assistance with personal care needs.These services enable family caregivers to work or tend to other matters during the day without worrying about the safety and care of their loved ones.
