Now we offer a WINTER CSA also, running from November to April. A share will be designed to feed 2 people. We will also offer in addition to the shares, pastured fed lamb, grass fed eggs, baked goods, bulk goods orders (grains, organic juices, raw sugar...), herbal products from Frontier, sprouts. Pick-up of shares will be at the farm on Thursday b/w 6pm and 7pm.

We moved to a larger farm Oct 2007! We try to grow everything Naturally, using biointensive methods, and helping the soil become healthier and more productive by rotating crops, using compost and natural manures, and NO chemicals. We grow fruits, berries, and veggies with our big seller being a Salad mix, consisting of 17-20 lettuce, herbs, and mustards. Our market stand is located at the Hanover Pa. Farmers Market and is open every Saturday 6am - 12pm. The 2010 season was our first CSA venture which was quite successful. We are also offering a Winter CSA and also a Mid-Week market here at the farm beginning November. The Mid-Week market will feature our own grown produce plus some from partners, certified Organic, including home baked goods, and bulk goods from Castle Creek Farm.
