Cross Timbers Golf Course is an outstanding public course located in Azle, Texas, about 30 minutes northwest of Fort Worth. Designer Jeffery Brauer has taken advantage of the native countryside to produce a course that resembles those found in the Texas Hill Country.
Cross Timbers is fairly heavily wooded, with plenty of pot bunkers, and some water that provide a challenge to golfers of all levels. The par-3 9th is the signature hole. It usually plays downwind to an elevated green that is protected by pot bunkers in the front and a rock wall behind the green.
This 18-hole golf course is quite heavily wooded, taking advantage of the native countryside to produce a course that closely resembles those of the Texas Hill Country. It features plenty of pot bunkers, some water obstacles, and bentgrass greens.
Each hole presents four tee boxes and the opportunity for challenging recreation for every skill level. Our par 72 course measures 6734 from the back tees.
