Mission
Crossroads Community Church exists to offer you a fresh start in life and to model a Christ-centered way of living.
Vision
We want to point people to Jesus Christ and provide a safe place for people to learn about him. By 2008 Crossroads Community Church will be a center of activity for Bow and surrounding communities, meeting needs by a balanced approach to ministry which puts the heart of our service in the community.

We Value Dependence on God
Because Jesus is Lord, we believe that full devotion to Christ and His cause is normal. Through Bible study, prayer, and the Holy Spirit we are empowered to live victorious, Christ exalting lives.
We Value Obedience to Jesus Christ
Since Jesus created the church, died for the church, gave the church his mission, and loves the church, Jesus owns the church.
We Value the Application of Scripture
What Scripture says is what God says. Therefore we aim to apply the teachings of scripture to our lives individually and to our congregation as Christ’s body.
We Value Living In The Expectation That God Will Act
We are a people energized about what God is doing.
We Value Fresh Approaches to Serving Jesus Christ
We recognize and affirm the creativity and innovation which comes from the Holy Spirit as people exercise their spiritual gifts. We are committed to forms of worship and ministry that will best capture what God is doing in our generation and culture.

Our focus is on growing people not programs. Therefore we will place the “Life Transformation Process” at the center of our activities. Through our relationships with Christ, christians and non-christians we will give sacrificially of time and resources to meet the needs of the fellowship and community.

We will communicate the Good News here and around the world.
