Mission Statement:
It is the purpose of the Cultural Arts Council of Wilkes to foster, promote, and increase the public knowledge and appreciation of the arts and cultural activities in Wilkes County, North Carolina through coordination of programs and services as are deemed necessary to encourage participation in and appreciation of the arts by all citizens of the area.
