About Us:

Dakota Family Medical Center is RHCI’s newest health center.  Operating in the community of Chamberlain, DFMC works in collaboration with Avera in the region to meet the needs of all patients, including the underinsured and underserved. 

Dakota Family Medical Center offers health care to all ages, from infant care to geriatrics. DFMC is an All Women Count provider, State Immunization program participant, and offers a sliding fee discount program.
