The Dalton Noon Lions Club, a member club of Lions Clubs International, is located in North Georgia and is part of the Lions of Georgia, District 18-A. Lions Clubs International was founded in 1917 and is now the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 45,000 clubs in 185 countries and geographical areas.

Regional Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centers across the United States clean, repair, and classify glasses collected throughout the year. The eyeglasses are then distributed free of charge to needy individuals around the world.
