About Us:

The Davis County Medical and Dental Clinics are co-located with the Davis County Health Department. Comprehensive primary care services including treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, well care, and mental health counseling are offered. Oral health care services include extractions, fillings, root canals, partials, crowns, and dentures.  This site serves as the Utah Cancer Control Program for Davis County residents requiring Pap smears and vouchers for mammography services as well as the county's testing site for sexually transmitted infections.  Midtown's providers are experienced in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension.
