In the fall of 2017 Delaware Resorts 55+ EXPO was launched and experienced resounding success thereafter establishing it as an annual event.  The inaugural Delaware Resorts Health-Fitness & Leisure Expo took place in March 2019 and since then has also become a successful annual event.
