About Us:

Destinia Academy of the Arts is a Community Based Organization that integrates a Performing, Visual and Media Arts curriculum with Academic Enrichment, Socialization and Recreation.  We have partnered with The Mount Vernon and Yonkers School District to open the school doors during the summer months to provide a “Safe Haven” for children between the ages of 4 and 12 during the hours of 8am-6pm.  An After-School program will be offered, beginning in the fall, during the hours of 3pm-6pm.
