East Arkansas Family Health Center (EAFHC) is devoted to providing accessible, affordable, and quality primary care, dental care, and support services to the underserved populations in Crittenden, Poinsett, Mississippi, and Phillips County. Within these counties, we have five primary care medical offices and an HIV/AIDS care center.
Accredited by the Joint Commission, EAFHC has developed a reputation of excellence and is considered one of the premier organizations providing patient-centered medical homes to people in eastern Arkansas who would otherwise be without access to quality primary health care services.
We treat patients of all ages who are insured, uninsured and traditionally underserved. Although we are not a free health center, we do offer services at a discounted price for those who qualify based on their income and household size. Learn more about our sliding fee scale and eligibility. We also provide transportation to and from each location, and for patients who need additional services not performed at the clinic, such as mammograms.
Not only do we diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries such as the flu and minor fractures, but we also treat and manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Additionally, we provide OB/GYN services for girls and women and pediatric care for newborns to adolescents. In addition to primary care and dental care, EAFHC also offers diagnostic services such as blood draws and x-rays at each of our locations, as well as a full-service pharmacy at our West Memphis and Lepanto offices.
