The volume and variety of produce will vary with season,weather and pest problems. You will receive 5 to 8 different fruits, vegetables, and herbs weekly.

Steve and Kristine Orth have combined their talents and expertise and started growing organic produce, including fruits, vegetables, herbs and nuts. In the small town of Blooming Grove, Texas. Located one hour south of Dallas, They have now expanded the operations to the raising of livestock, including horses, rabbits, chickens and turkeys.

Steve is a sociologist/anthropologist from Texas A&M and a certified master gardener, specializing in organic edible landscape design.

Kristine is a licensed racehorse trainer,breeder and certified Equine Chiropractor.

Eden Creek Farm practices sustainable farming methods. Including using livestock manures, crop rotation and cover crops to improve the land.
