Emilie J. Ross Middle School will provide a caring setting that will permit students academic, cultural, artistic, and vocational foundations for the future. With students, faculty, parents, and the community working together, our students will develop the skills to be successful in all further education and to become creative, productive citizens.
Exit Goals
All students will graduate from Ross Middle School with their basic reading, writing, and math skills at or above an eighth grade level.
All students will graduate from Ross Middle School with the maturity to accept responsibility for their actions, their physical well being, and their future learning.
All students will graduate from Ross Middle School having experienced multiple cultural, technological, scientific, physical, and community service activities that will help establish a base for lifelong learning.
All students will graduate from Ross Middle School being able to communicate effectively in a variety of situations and will have an appreciation of the need for written and verbal skills.
All students will graduate from Ross Middle School having seen the school as one which provided a positive learning experience.
