For over 28 years, Employment & Community Options has been helping adults with disabilities find work and gain independence. We do this by matching them with employers who value dependable, reliable workers.

We assist individuals with intellectual disabilities including but not limited to: autism, cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, dual diagnoses, hearing impair-ments, learning disabilities, mental retardation and severe behavioral disorders.

Employment & Community Options believes that anyone who wants a job should have one. We provide the needed support so that individuals with the most significant disabilities can secure a job, live on their own and have access to their community.

On an annual basis, Employment & Community Options supports over 1,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities in San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Clara & Santa Cruz counties.
