Meet Jeff & Sarah

Jeff is the wine maker and Sarah helps with everything. We have been making wine since 1992 and under the Entropy Cellars label since 2000. Our philosophy is simple: Start with the best fruit, the best barrels and pay close attention every step of the way. We pride ourselves in the having the patience to create truly special wines. Jeff has a particularly good talent for blending.

We specialize in reds, but make a few whites, too.
