Founded in 2011, Essex Community Land Trust (ECLT) is a nonprofit community land trust organization that supports the creation and preservation of homeownership and socio-economic community development in Essex County, NJ.  We believe that individuals and families at all income levels should have high quality, affordable housing options throughout the county.
