Our mission at FMS is to encourage the development of each child with the goal of turning out well adjusted, independent students who can grow through their future education and training to take their place in society as productive and well rounded citizens.

The middle level child is at a unique 'phase' of his or her life. PATIENCE is an ABSOLUTE as we deal with quirky growth spurts, emotional roller coasters and the incredible potential and excitement these young people bring to school life! What a RESPONSIBILITY we all have! Research reports that the emotional ties and connections that middle school children make with the adults in their lives, directly influence how they will handle trust, conflict, equity issues, power and relationships in adulthood. What an HONOR to help make a positive impact in these young people's lives!
