The mission of Faith Community Outreach Center, Inc. is to recognize the multiple dynamic needs of homeless and abused women and children. The foremost need is to provide a safe haven for homeless and abused women and children, recognize the social-structural dynamics of shelter residents that mitigate against their finding permanent housing, train and educate shelter residents in identified areas so that they may find and live successfully in permanent housing.
