Falls Community Hospital of Marlin, Texas is a nonprofit, non-tax-supported 36 bed community hospital serving the people of Falls and Robertson counties and surrounding communities.

Our facility is dedicated to providing high quality, primary and emergency health care to the citizens we serve. The hospital, its medical staff, and employees are committed to providing the best medical care possible to their patients. Our hospital's emergency room is designated a Trauma Level 4 care unit and provides 24-hour emergency services.
