Welcome to the Fetter Health Care Network, formerly known as  the Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Center, Inc.  It is our privilege to be your health care provider. Our goal is to provide the best primary healthcare possible.  The Fetter Health Care Network is a private non-profit corporation that was chartered in the State of South Carolina in 1975.  Community leaders including Dr. Franklin C. Fetter the Dean of Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina founded Fetter as part of a demonstration grant under the Medical University in 1968.

Today Fetter Health Care Network has eight different sites, a Home Health Program and Pharmacy locations servicing residents throughout Berkley, Charleston, Colleton, and Dorchester Counties. Our Home Health Program is licensed to serve clients who reside in Charleston County.
