First Baptist Church is a conservative, traditional church affiliated with the Holston Baptist Association, the Tennessee Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention.  We are a mission minded church that is actively sending individuals and groups across the nation and around the world to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.  Also, we have a passion for the Christian growth of our members and offer many bible studies and classes to encourage the spiritual well-being of our members.  We have services at 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 6:00 PM on Sundays and at 6:15 PM on Wednesdays.  We also offer a Sunday School Hour at 9:15 AM on Sundays.  We are a church that believes that Jesus is God's son and is Lord of all.  We welcome you to come worship with us!
