Honduras is located in the heart of Central America
Honduras is one of the most beautiful countries in Central America, but at the same time is the 2nd poorest nation in the western hemisphere. Many find themselves struggling to find a stable job, get an education, afford health care and fulfill their spiritual needs. Many years ago, the Lord called us to Honduras with a special mission: reach out to the millions of Hondurans with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Las Iglesias Comunidad de Amor, Internacional (Community of Love Ch.) was started in 2001 by Dr. Hector Newman. To date, over 20 churches are in fellowship in three regions of Honduras: in the south, west, and north part of the country.
Our current projects include: finishing the church building, finishing the second phase of the Danli School, as well as the new big project, "La Granja del Niño" (Children's Home), for 100 kids.
