Flexercise



Flexercise is designed to develop optimum flexibility and strength of the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems.

Focus on core strength and stability emphasizes proper posture and a supple spine.

The movements massage the internal organs, improve circulation and oxygenation promoting the release of hormones and supplying vital nutrients to every cell in the body and brain. The resulting chemical changes release endorphins in the brain decreasing pain levels and stress.

Breathing techniques promote relaxation decreasing stress and increasing energy thereby diminishing fatigue, enhancing concentration and mental function.

Relaxed muscles heal more readily

Movement coordinated with a steady breath pattern and concentration promotes a sense of well being.


This all leads to a potentially higher level of function, safety, and, enjoyment of life.

*Back pain may result from core weakness. A strong core reduces risk of injury, improves balance and coordination, control of movements, and, facilitates proper posture.
