The FMO,(Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida, Inc) is an elective organization recommended that all Mobil Home Owners of Florida join. The FMO is the only organization in the State of Florida that watches over the interests of the people living in manufactured homes. The FMO in 1984 was responsible for getting the Florida Statute 723 act enacted. F.S. 723 is a document that all manufactured home owners should be familiar with. 

It is important to remember that, as FMO members, we act as one in defending our way of life as Mobile Home Owners. By expanding our ranks, we can improve our ability to influence legislators who represent us in Tallahassee. Speak to your neighbors and bring your concerns to us, your FMO representatives; we want you to feel confident that your FMO membership is a means of protecting your chosen life style. . .
