Our primary goal at Fontana is to provide your child with the necessary educational foundation for future success and to lead them down the path of life-long learning. I believe that a positive relationship with students, parents and the community is essential in supporting children at this developmental age.  As a staff, we value open communication in an effort to provide for each student's academic needs.

Our school wide theme for this year is, "Character is what we do when no one is looking!" As a school, we will be meeting in monthly community groups to focus on character education lessons! The community groups will be led by 8th grade students and supported by teacher advisors. Our goal is to foster a learning environment where students consistently demonstrate positive character traits and take responsibility for the choices they make.

This year, in an effort to provide better communication between home and school, I will be writing a weekly newsletter. This update will be completed at the end of each week and will provide important information and an events schedule for the upcoming week. Please check it out and give me your feedback.
