At Food Forest Foods, we manage our land for the very long-term, and farm on land protected permanently in an agricultural trust. For the past twenty years (and this year), the land has been managed by the best natural and organic growing methods.

We strive to farm in a way that builds ecological capital, values life diversity and, to the extent possible, is self-reliant for energy and soil fertility. And through all of this, our goal is to produce foods wonderful to eat.

Our CSA includes a wide mix of natural and organic vegetables, fruit, berries and honey, all produced at our farms in Canby and Oregon City. A partial list includes: onions, scallions, spinach, carrots, potatoes, Japanese cucumbers, Asian greens, basil, Japanese eggplant, winter squash, salad turnips, kohlrabi, cabbage, gai lan, garlic, tomatoes, lettuce, green beans, peas, kale, apples, apple cider, European and Asian pears, plums, quince, figs, grapes, honey, chestnuts, berries.
