The Franklin School District consists of four schools, the Paul Smith Elementary School serving grades kindergarten through Grade 2, the Bessie Rowell Elementary School, serving grades 3 and 4, the Franklin Middle School, serving grades 5 through 8, and Franklin High School serving grades 9 through 12. The District's pre-school program is housed at Franklin High School also. The Jennie D. Blake School serves students in grades K-6 in the Town of Hill.
