Fredon School is located in northwestern New Jersey, in scenic, rural Sussex County. We are a growing school, with a constantly changing population that is currently at about 335 students. We are committed to excellence in all that we do.

Recognizing that children are the future, the mission of the Fredon School District, a small, rural, growing community, is to support, encourage and challenge all students by providing a positive educational foundation.

At Fredon School, parents, administration, and teachers work together to identify and meet individual needs. Our goal is the full inclusion of every child in our district - all children belong and every child is welcome! The "Fredon Family" culture supports the learning of all of its members. Dedicated teachers, parents, staff, and community volunteers sponsor an outstanding array of cocurricular activities - trips, events, and programs that extend and enrich our academic curriculum.
