GEO-GET-IT! EVENT

A geocaching event cache game started in Pa by local cachers searching for a way to introduce more people to the outdoor activity. The game teams experienced players with those new to geocaching. Once formed, the teams head out for a series of ten caches (or treasures). Each cache contains numbers. The teams must collect one number from each cache. The object of the game is to ...get the lowest number total.

The game requires strategy and skill for the experienced cachers and helps the beginners understand the basics of geocaching.

The organizers of the events are Robin Elaine Bowman of New Brighton, PA and Mark Kentz of Franklin, Pa.
