Northern PG County Girl Scouts (Association 23), GSCNC, covers Beltsville, Laurel, College Park, Greenbelt, University Park, Hyattsville, and other surrounding areas in Prince George's County. We are part of the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital which serves the entire Greater Washington Region metropolitan area, including Washington DC; in Virginia: the cities of Alexandria and Arlington, and Arlington, Clarke, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Loudoun, Page, Prince William, Shenandoah and Warren counties; in Maryland: Allegany, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Montgomery, Prince George's, St. Mary's and Washington counties; and in West Virginia: Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral and Morgan counties.  

The Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital Area has a combined girl and adult membership of over 90,000!

We are thrilled to reach this milestone with membership that consists of 63,300 girl members and 26,700 adult members.  We serve girls through wide ranging activities in 4,900 troops with the help of dedicated volunteers- women and men who give their time, talent and energy to Girl Scouting.
