Sooner Council's Corporate Goals :

Membership Increase overall membership as well as diversity within the membership.
Communication Increase awareness of Girl Scouting among the people, businesses and organizations of the community-with special emphasis on staff and volunteer involvement.

Fund Development :

Develop funding streams to support major maintenance and corporate facilities and increase council funding support from non-program sources.
Governance :
Use decision making processes involving all levels of council membership.

Program :
Develop a plan / process to evaluate every council and service area event, and ensure that they are used in the planning process.

Develop programs and opportunities that are of interest to girls and adult leaders of different ages and ethnic groups.

Adult Development :   
 
Expand active adult volunteer membership.
