About Us:
Glen Ferris Apostolic Church was started by Bishop Franklin Bounds a United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) ordained minister. He was accompanied by his wife Debbie and their two sons David and Aaron. In 2004, Pastor Bounds felt a calling on his life to start a new UPCI church in Bountiful, Utah. The current pastor is David Bounds. Pastor David Bounds is joined by his wife Joan and their two daughters Sasha and Shay.
